Job Description:-
- Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps for manufacturing excellence.
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Advise clients on industry best practices and technological advancements in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and capability building within client organizations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership teams.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing domain (industry or consulting).
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Digital Transformation strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps for process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
