To know more about us, visit: www.tredence.com Job Overview: As an SCM Senior Specialist at Tredence, you will play a pivotal role in driving supply chain analytics excellence to enhance demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and fulfillment efficiencies. Success in this position means delivering actionable insights through high-quality analytical models and KPIs that empower business decisions within the retail sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes. This role directly contributes to Tredence's mission of enabling last-mile insight adoption through deep SCM domain expertise and advanced analytics. What will your role look like - Develop and maintain robust supply chain data models and dashboards to track critical KPIs across demand, inventory, and fulfillment. - Design and implement SQL and PL/SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for supply chain performance evaluation. - Interpret demand and inventory data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs. - Drive process improvements in SCM analytics workflows for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. - Present analytical findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will need: - Demonstrate 4-8 years of experience in supply chain analytics, specifically within demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment analytics. - Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Apply deep understanding of SCM domain concepts and KPIs relevant to retail supply chains. - Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in a related field. - Show ability to build and optimize data models to support supply chain decision-making. - Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Good to Have Skills: - Experience with advanced analytics or BI tools for visualization and dashboard creation. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for supplementary data analysis. - Exposure to cloud platforms or big data frameworks supporting supply chain analytics. - Certification in supply chain or analytics disciplines (e.g., APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or related credentials). - Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
