About the Role
Are you a Supply Chain expert with a passion for designing future-ready procurement solutions We are looking for an SCM-Presales and Solutions Consultant to lead the charge in architecting end-to-end Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) transformation roadmaps. You will be at the front end of our growth, turning complex customer challenges into compelling outsourcing business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end Sourcing & Procurement solutions for large-scale global deals across Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, and Hi-Tech.
- Winning Proposals: Lead the response for RFPs/RFIs, crafting value propositions and winning themes that differentiate our service offerings.
- Due Diligence: Conduct process maturity assessments to build high-impact business cases for outsourcing and digital transformation.
- Solution Defense: Present and defend your solutions to C-suite stakeholders with technical authority and commercial acumen.
- Deal Modeling: Create precise FTE estimations, location strategies, and transition plans.
- Digital Transformation: Integrate cutting-edge tech (RPA, AI, and Process Mining) into SCM solutions to drive hyper-efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise: 8-15 years of experience in SCM Pre-sales or Sourcing & Procurement consulting.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of direct/indirect sourcing categories and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Dynamics 365.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio is a major plus.
- Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in multi-cultural, global teams and influence stakeholders.
