Job Summary
As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Functional Consultant within Oracle CSS, you will work directly with business users to provide expertise across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain management modules. You will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, resolving production issues, and leading customer-facing engagements. Your role supports seamless implementations, ongoing enhancements, and customer satisfaction within a support-focused model.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users as a functional expert on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues efficiently.
- Prepare clear project documentation including solution designs, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Explain business requirements and solutions to project team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain functional configuration documents and SOPs.
- Create and execute test scenarios across different test environments (e.g., SIT, UAT).
- Support large-scale customer integrations and lead customer-facing discussions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to additional modules as required by evolving project needs.

Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, including:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Product Information Management
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Supplier Portal
- Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple assignments and deliverables.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-facing presence, and team leadership abilities.
- Adaptable attitude and capacity for rapid learning of additional modules.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with integrations for large customers.
- Exposure to cross-functional Oracle Cloud modules.
- Prior experience in preparing end-user and training documentation.
- Certification(s) in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or related modules.
