Role Definition :

The SCM Executive will coordinate project deliverables end to end, manage localized inventory for PLC hardware and electro‑mechanical spares, and drive seamless domestic and import logistics. The role serves as a vital link between project teams, customer support, vendors, and supply chain to ensure equipment, PLC hardware, and spare parts are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities include inspection scheduling, ERP-based inventory control, import documentation, quotation preparation, and complete order‑to‑cash execution for spares.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations within heavy equipment or project engineering environments (Water/Wastewater, Process, Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure preferred).

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution by tracking progress, scheduling inspections, and liaising with customers, vendors, engineering teams, and third-party agencies.
• Manage inventory of PLC hardware, electro-mechanical components, and spare parts, ensuring accurate stock control and ERP transactions.
• Handle domestic logistics, import documentation, customs coordination, freight movement, and timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Support customer requirements by preparing quotations for spares and modifications, and managing the complete order-to-cash process from order receipt to dispatch.
• Maintain project, inventory, logistics, and customer support records while ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
