SCM Executive

Key Responsibilities

> Prepare Trading Account (TA) for each order and take CEO approval

> Track and manage SCM payments

• Payments done
• Pending payments
• Advance adjustments

> Maintain and update Product Matrix (model, price, specs)

> Prepare Sales Proforma (PI) accurately

> Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Accounts, and SCM teams by ensuring smooth information flow and aligning data across departments

> Handle day-to-day SCM and coordination tasks as per requirement

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (B. com preferred)

Experience

> 1–3 years experience in SCM / Accounts / Operations / Trading company

> Experience in import-export / trading business will be an advantage

Skills Required

> Strong knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)

> Basic understanding of:

• Costing & margin calculation (TA)
• Payments & adjustments tracking
• Proforma Invoice (PI)

> Good understanding of data management and accuracy

> Candidate must be strong in data handling, coordination, and accuracy, as this role is a central control point for order execution
