About The Role
We are seeking a SCM BI Support Analyst with an overall experience of 6 to 8 years in the US Healthcare IT industry in operations/production support
Requirements
- Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) in BI team (SCM BI ).
- Hands-on experience on Custom SCM Reports development/enhancements.
- Knowledge in Custom MLMs development/enhancements.
- Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory.
- Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution.
- Skilled in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
