Role: Scientist - Peptide Chemistry.
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with 2 to 6 years of experience on synthetic and analytical knowledge and experience of peptide molecules.
Areas Of Responsibility
- Synthesis and Characterization of peptides
- Plan and execute the synthesis of peptide molecules with adequate purity and quantity as per project requirements.
- Develop good trouble shooting skills and comply with IPM and Safety norms.
- Developing appropriate methods for special functionalized peptides.
- Key intermediates are prepared through solution phase synthesis and used as building blocks for the synthesis of final target molecules. IN ORDER TO: successfully synthesize and deliver target compounds as per project specifications.
- Data Interpretation:
- To interpret the analytical data to identify the synthesized targets and key intermediates. IN ORDER TO: successfully characterize the synthesized targets.
- Safety Compliance
- To follow the lab safety and industrial hygiene practices.
