Job Description

Candidate Responsible For

  • Cloning of genes in E.coli, insect and mammalian expression vectors and sequence verification.
  • Perform and optimize protein expression studies in E.coli and small scale purification by affinity chromatography.
  • Stable cell line development in mammalian cells, starting from transfection to cell banking and expression parameters optimization.
  • Protein expression in Insect cell lines
  • Document the experiments in timely manner and maintain the records.
  • Timely transfer of the process/technology to respective department.
  • Work alongside the seniors in contributing to overall business objective.
