Job Description

  • Act as a Scientific Business Systems Analyst within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team, bridging global research informatics and scientists.
  • Manage custom internal platforms, commercial software (COTS), and systems integrations for in vivo study data management.
  • Translate complex scientific and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, using tools like JIRA.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap detailing features, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify and manage technological risks, scientific validation, and user acceptance challenges.
  • Create documentation, communication, and training plans for end users.
  • Ensure integration of scientific data operations in AI/ML capabilities for research.
  • Maintain operational excellence, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with globally dispersed teams across multiple locations.
  • Require experience configuring and administering LIMS/ELN platforms (e.g., Benchling, STARLIMS) and building dashboards in Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Preferred: 5+ years supporting biopharma scientific software, GxP data validation, cloud infrastructure (AWS), AI/ML in drug research, and SAFe Agile processes.
  • Strong soft skills including communication, teamwork, initiative, multitasking, and presentation/public speaking abilities.
