Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Science Teacher based in North Bengaluru. The role involves designing and delivering engaging science lessons, incorporating physics/biology/chemistry concepts where necessary. Additional duties include creating lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry-based learning and critical thinking. Collaboration with fellow educators to improve teaching methods and curriculum is also an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Science Education with expertise in Physics/Biology
• Proficiency in creating and implementing lesson plans tailored to a range of student needs
• Qualified teaching credentials and prior experience as a teacher, especially in science-related subjects
• Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a passion for teaching
• Experience in engaging students through interactive and experiential learning methods
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
