A US–India stealth startup is hiring a Science Lead for a senior, high-ownership role across mathematical modelling, AI systems, and real-world data.

Focus areas

• Mathematical modelling
• Probabilistic inference

• Time-series / longitudinal data
• Signal reliability and uncertainty
• Validation frameworks
• AI/ML collaboration

Ideal profile

• Background in mathematics, statistics, physics, ML, computational biology, biomedical engineering, or related fields
• Strong modelling and analytical ability
• Comfortable working with noisy, imperfect data
• Able to move from theory to implementation
• High ownership, fast iteration, strong judgment
• PhD preferred, not mandatory if ability is exceptional
