Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Science Ignitor. The Science Ignitor will engage children and educators in hands-on science activities and experiments to promote experiential learning. Responsibilities include designing and conducting science workshops, explaining scientific concepts, fostering critical thinking, and managing educational resources. The role also involves engaging with teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies and collaborating with the team to ensure impactful program delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Science and a passion for scientific exploration
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and critical thinking
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with children, teachers, and team members
- Experience or ability in Education and facilitation of hands-on learning activities
- Proficiency in conducting Research to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on diverse learning needs
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or related fields
- Prior experience working with children or in the education sector is a plus
