Role Description

This is a remote FULL TIME internship role for a Science Communicator Intern. The intern will be responsible for simplifying complex STEM concepts, developing science-related content, assisting in the curation of articles, conducting research on STEM topics, and ensuring a high level of engagement through creative storytelling. Additional tasks may include editing and proofreading contributions to ENTECH magazine, supporting social media campaigns, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex scientific topics clearly and engagingly
• BSc, MSc, BE, BTech, MTech, PhD in any science or engineering discipline (Candidates must have completed their education; those appearing for their final degree examination will also be considered.)
• Motivation for Writing, Editing, and Proofreading
• Research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize scientific information
• Knowledge or academic background in STEM fields will be considered a plus
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging content for younger audiences, including students aged 13-18
• Proficiency in Digital Content Design, such as creating materials for web, social media, or print publications
• Capable of working effectively and independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in science communication or related internships is an advantage
