Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site School Teacher role based in Pachpadra. The School Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching classes, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing individual support to learners as needed. The Teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events. The role also involves preparing teaching materials, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and the overall school environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom instruction and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support student development and participate in professional learning initiatives.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children and managing classrooms in a formal school setting is beneficial.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and encouraging learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to collaborate with the school staff and leadership team.
