Develop a deep understanding of the community profile and orient teachers about parent and community contexts.
Collect and maintain comprehensive student and parent information at the time of admission.
Identify, monitor, and address issues related to attendance, punctuality, and retention through regular home visits.
Provide intensive case management and support to high-risk students through strong stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate access to essential external services such as medical check-ups, documentation (caste certificates, income certificates), scholarships, and learning disability assessments.
Conduct Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions within the school.
Track interventions and maintain detailed documentation of student progress.
Parent Engagement
Co-create a parent engagement strategy in collaboration with the School Leader.
Execute parent meetings, workshops, and regular communication initiatives effectively.
Use parent forums to build trust, address challenges, and strengthen school-community relationships.
Form and facilitate School Management Committee meetings and initiatives.
Encourage and coordinate parent volunteering to support school operations.
Community Development
Identify and mobilize community resources to enhance students educational experiences (e.g., study spaces, playgrounds, libraries).
Act as a bridge between the school and the local community.
Build and strengthen relationships with corporators, local influencers, and community leaders.
Support partnerships that improve access to opportunities and resources for students.
