Job Description

Regional Manager – B2B School Sales (K-12)

Industry: EdTech / K-12 Solutions (B2B Only)

Sales Type:B2B School Sales ONLY (No B2C)

Growth & Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹6–8 LPA
  • Attractive incentives post probation

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Onboard minimum 50 schools
  • Generate ₹3 Crores individual revenue
  • Increase product penetration across qualified school lists

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of K-12 school products (similar to ExtraMarks, WhiteHat Jr, Toppr, etc.)
  • Visit schools and meet Principals, Directors, and School Owners
  • Empanel schools as partners/vendors for academic & enrichment programs
  • Build and manage strong relationships with school chains
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a school sales team
  • Promote programs through school conferences, associations, and forums
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth on-ground program delivery
  • Update daily sales activities in CRM/CDIS
  • Provide end-to-end support to schools and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B school sales (EdTech / Travel / Training preferred)
  • Postgraduate preferred (Marketing / Education / Sports / Travel Management)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable with travel and field sales

As a Regional Manager, you will lead school sales operations in the assigned region, guide teams, manage key accounts, and support program execution at schools.
