We are partnering with India's leading education group to appoint a Founding Principal for the new premium K-12 schools being established in collaboration with a prestigious century-old International school brand. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced education leader to build and shape a future-ready institution from inception.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Principal / Head of School / Founding Principal in a reputed K-12 institution.
- MUST have Strong exposure to both CBSE & International curriculum, preferably Cambridge (CAIE/IGCSE).
- Demonstrated success in leading academic excellence, school operations and institutional growth.
- Experience in launching or scaling schools will be highly preferred.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of admissions, parent engagement and school growth.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of emotional intelligence (EQ), strategic thinking and execution capability.
- A visionary leader who can build a future-ready school while maintaining strong academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership for a premium K-12 school.
- Drive academic excellence across both CBSE and International (preferably Cambridge) curricula.
- Lead the successful launch and establishment of the school.
- Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing leadership and teaching team.
- Develop a strong school culture centred on innovation, student outcomes and holistic development.
- Work closely with the management team on admissions strategy, parent engagement and brand positioning.
- Contribute towards student enrolment, community outreach and overall growth of the school.
- Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and effective implementation of academic and administrative processes.
- Champion innovation, technology integration and future-ready learning practices.
