Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. and M.Ed. from recognized institutions.
- Doctoral qualification (Ph.D.) in Education or a relevant field will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in school establishment, CBSE affiliation processes, academic planning and institutional development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the establishment and growth of the school.
- Lead the CBSE affiliation process and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum frameworks and quality standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non teaching staff.
- Build a culture of academic excellence, discipline, innovation and student centric learning.
- Oversee admissions, parent engagement, student welfare and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure effective administration of academic, operational and financial activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching learning outcomes and institutional performance.
