The School Principal will oversee academic programs, manage staff, and ensure the successful delivery of the school's curriculum and vision. The Principal will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the academic performance and personal growth of students. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South.

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development for middle school programs
• Proven skills in Educational Leadership and strategic planning
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Experience working with Middle School education systems and programs
• Comprehensive knowledge in modern Education methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with educators, students, and parents to foster a positive learning community
• Master's or equivalent degree in Education or related field
• Experience in managing a Microsoft Showcase School environment is a significant advantage
