About Mentora Health
At Mentora Health, we're building something ambitious: a comprehensive student mental health and wellbeing ecosystem designed to transform how Indian schools support their students.
Developed through extensive research and collaboration with multidisciplinary mental health professionals, Mentora brings together professional psychological support, early intervention, career guidance, parent engagement, and school-wide wellbeing initiatives through one integrated platform.
Our vision goes beyond providing counselling services. We aim to build a stronger, more accessible, and preventive mental health support infrastructure for educational institutions across India.
As we prepare to expand across Delhi NCR, we're looking for an experienced professional who understands the school education ecosystem and possesses the relationships, credibility, and strategic capabilities to help us establish meaningful institutional partnerships.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a School Partnership & Strategic Lead – Delhi NCR to lead Mentora Health's institutional engagement and expansion across Delhi NCR.
This is not a conventional cold-calling or field sales position.
We are looking for someone who has spent years building relationships within the education sector and understands how to connect with school decision-makers.
If you have an established professional network of school principals, directors, chairpersons, trustees, school owners, or education administrators, we would love to connect with you.
The selected professional will work directly with Mentora's founding team and play a critical role in establishing our presence across private and CBSE-affiliated schools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic School Relationships
• Leverage existing professional relationships to facilitate meaningful introductions to school principals, directors, trustees, and management committees.
• Establish and strengthen institutional partnerships with leading private schools across Delhi NCR.
• Build relationships with school groups, educational trusts, and multi-campus institutions.
• Develop long-term engagement opportunities with school leadership and management.
2. Institutional Networking & Strategic Alliances
• Engage with Private Schools, school leadership associations, education forums, and relevant professional networks.
• Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration with educational institutions and school networks.
• Facilitate meetings, institutional presentations, awareness programmes, and partnership discussions.
• Represent Mentora Health in relevant educational networking events and institutional gatherings.
3. School Partnerships & Business Development
• Identify high-potential schools that could benefit from Mentora Health's wellbeing solutions.
• Arrange qualified meetings with institutional decision-makers and participate in strategic discussions alongside the founders.
• Understand school requirements, budget considerations, existing counselling arrangements, and decision-making processes.
• Support negotiations, partnership proposals, and the successful execution of institutional agreements.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective school partnerships and ensure effective follow-ups.
4. Regional Expansion & Advisory
• Help develop Mentora Health's school expansion strategy across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Greater Noida.
• Advise the founding team on school management structures, institutional purchasing processes, and education-sector dynamics.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with established school networks and educational organisations.
• Contribute to building Mentora's long-term institutional credibility and market presence.
Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals from the following backgrounds:
Former CBSE & Education Administration Professionals
• Former CBSE regional administration or school coordination professionals.
• Former CBSE City Coordinators or individuals with significant school affiliation, inspection, or training coordination experience.
• Former education administrators with an established professional network among private-school management.
Experienced School Leaders
• Retired or former principals of reputed CBSE-affiliated private schools.
• Former school directors, senior administrators, or educational consultants.
• Former Sahodaya office-bearers or professionals associated with established school leadership networks.
Senior School Partnerships Professionals
• Regional Heads, Institutional Sales Directors, or Business Development Leaders from the K–12 education industry.
• Professionals experienced in selling school ERP solutions, educational programmes, curriculum solutions, career guidance services, or other school-focused products.
• Independent education consultants with demonstrated experience facilitating school-level partnerships.
Essential Requirements
• Strong, established professional relationships with school decision-makers across Delhi NCR.
• Proven experience in institutional networking, school partnerships, educational administration, or B2B school engagement.
• Ability to independently secure and coordinate high-quality meetings with principals, directors, and school management.
• Strong understanding of private-school management structures and institutional decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, professional credibility, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work directly with an early-stage founding team.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Delhi NCR for institutional meetings.
Important: We value the depth and relevance of your school relationships and your demonstrated ability to build partnerships more than the number of years on your CV.
What Makes This Role Different
This is an opportunity to become part of an emerging venture working to reshape student wellbeing in Indian education.
Unlike traditional institutional sales positions, this role combines leadership, relationship development, strategic advisory, and business growth.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Work directly with the founders on high-impact institutional collaborations.
• Play a foundational role in Mentora Health's regional expansion.
• Help introduce a new model of student wellbeing support to Indian schools.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of a growing education and mental health venture.
• Explore opportunities for broader leadership responsibilities as the organisation scales.
Compensation & Engagement
We offer a flexible engagement structure, with compensation aligned to the candidate's experience, professional background, responsibilities, and institutional expertise.
A performance-linked incentive component may be considered.
We are open to discussing both full-time leadership positions and strategic consulting engagements with suitably experienced professionals.
