We are seeking a highly motivated School Growth Consultant for a full-time, on-site field sales role based in Hyderabad. The consultant will identify and generate leads, build relationships with school administrators, present solutions, and close sales. Responsibilities also include attending educational events, collaborating with the marketing team, and leveraging CRM tools to manage client interactions and ensure excellent customer service. This role offers a fixed salary of 6 LPA with a variable incentive of 4 LPA.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and close deals
• Expertise in Event Planning and Marketing to engage with schools and promote services
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain and nurture client relationships
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a field sales environment and manage time effectively
• Preferred: Familiarity with educational institutions or School ERP solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
