Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Counselor based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The School Counselor will provide individual and group counseling to students, assist with career guidance, and support their mental and emotional well-being. The role involves assessing students needs, developing personalized plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to foster a supportive school environment. The counselor will also design programs and strategies that promote the personal and academic growth of students.

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply and 0-1 experience is needed.
• Proficiency in Career Counseling, with an ability to guide students in academic and professional decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health practices to support emotional and psychological well-being.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Rs 15000/- is fixed salary not negotiable.
