Job Description
Key Responsibi*ities:
- Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at *chools.
- Visit the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling *urposes.
- Conduct 1-on-1 pre and post-counselling sessions with parents to discuss their child's
progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonder* services.
- Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents,
and educational *nstitutions.
- Be well-versed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and
communicate the results effectively to studen*s and parents.
- Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students
academic an* personal growth
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders
services within the*academic calendar.
- Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders serv*ces implementation.
- Provide digital content, resources, literature and *esearch for guidance
- Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well*mix
groups of all ages

Qualifications
Requir*ments:
- Master's/Ph.D. in Psychology or relat*d field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentati*n skills
- Experience working in education or a rel*ted field
- Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and imp*ementation
- Ability to travel to schools and cond*ct meetings
- Passion for helping students discover their potential and plan for *heir future.
- Experience in marketing, or busine*s development
- Familiarity with the education industry and school administrative stru*tures
Education :
Masters in Psychology/Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
Or Similar Degree
Experience: Preferred 1-2 Years
