Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gaganpahad, Hyderabad, for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective families, providing them with information about the school's offerings, and guiding them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, building strong relationships with parents, and managing enrollment procedures to ensure a seamless experience. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and administrative teams to support the school's admissions goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Experience and expertise in customer service and sales, preferably in the education sector
• Understanding of educational practices and an ability to discuss the school's programs effectively
• Passion for education and commitment to guiding families in making well-informed decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in school admissions or counseling is an added advantage
