Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site School Admission Counsellor role based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process by providing accurate information and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include promoting school programs, supporting the application process, maintaining enrollment records, and fostering positive relationships with students and parents. The role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Familiarity with Education systems and processes
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families
- Proficiency in office software and tools relevant to administrative work
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred
