Description

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain and update scheduling tools and software to ensure accurate tracking of project timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about scheduling challenges.
