Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure across large enterprise environments.
Manage end-to-end software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and hardware inventory using SCCM.
Design and implement automated solutions for client system provisioning and application deployment.
Monitor SCCM performance, perform capacity planning, and tune systems for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, including endpoint protection and policy enforcement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and service desk.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support for SCCM-related incidents.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and architecture changes.
Mentor and guide junior team members or support engineers.
Stay up to date with Microsoft's endpoint management ecosystem and recommend modernization strategies (e.g., Intune, Autopilot integration).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
813 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 6+ years of hands-on expertise in SCCM/MECM.
Strong experience with software packaging, application deployment, and WSUS/patch management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and reporting.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
Experience with Windows 10/11 image creation and deployment (WIM, MDT, or Task Sequences).
Experience integrating SCCM with tools such as Intune, Azure AD, and Defender for Endpoint.
Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance policies.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
