Role: Senior : SCCM / Intune Engineer (Endpoint Management)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SCCM / Intune Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in endpoint management, automation, security, and large-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
Endpoint Management & Engineering :
- Administer and support SCCM/MECM and Intune environments in enterprise-scale deployments
- Design, configure, and maintain SCCM hierarchy (CAS, Primary Sites, MPs, DPs, SUPs, WSUS)
- Manage co-management and hybrid SCCMIntune environments
- Oversee Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, Azure AD Join, and Autopilot deployments
- Implement and maintain OSD task sequences (WIM, PXE, Autopilot hybrid scenarios)
Software & Patch Deployment :
- Build and deploy application packages (MSI, EXE, AppX) in SCCM
- Configure Win32, LOB, and Store apps in Intune
- Plan and execute monthly patch cycles (Windows & third-party applications)
- Handle zero-day patching and emergency deployments with rollback strategies
- Monitor patch compliance and provide reports for audits and leadership
Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide L3 support for SCCM & Intune escalations
- Troubleshoot client agent issues, deployment failures, task sequence errors, PXE boot issues, and Intune enrollment problems
- Resolve policy conflicts and compliance issues across managed devices
- Support end-users with application installations and update issues
Monitoring & Reporting :
- Monitor SCCM site health, component status, and SQL performance
- Configure Intune compliance reports, Endpoint Security dashboards, and Azure Monitor
- Develop custom reports using SSRS, Power BI, CMPivot, and queries
- Generate operational and compliance reports on deployments, patching, and device health
Security & Compliance :
- Enforce endpoint security policies aligned with CIS, ISO, and Infosec standards
- Manage BitLocker, Defender AV/ATP, Firewall, and security baselines via Intune
- Implement Conditional Access and device compliance policies
- Conduct regular audits of SCCM and Intune configurations
Projects & Continuous Improvement :
- Participate in SCCM upgrades, Windows 11 readiness, Autopilot implementations, and migrations
- Automate endpoint operations using PowerShell, Orchestration Groups, and Graph API
- Improve processes through self-healing mechanisms and policy optimization
- Stay current with SCCM CB releases, Intune features, and MEM roadmap
Required Skills & Experience :
- 710 years of enterprise IT experience
- 6+ years hands-on with SCCM/MECM and Intune
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience with co-management and hybrid endpoint environments
- Deep understanding of endpoint security and compliance
