Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) Administrator with 6+ years of experience to manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, upgrades, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in OSD, CMG, and SCCM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM),L3 environment.
- Design, implement, and support Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions.
- Configure and maintain Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) for internet-based device management.
- Perform SCCM infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and health checks.
- Develop and maintain custom SCCM reports using SQL queries.
- Manage application packaging, software distribution, patching, and compliance.
- Monitor SCCM performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency.
- Ensure security compliance and endpoint protection policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and infrastructure improvements.
