Job Description

ITS A CONTRACT TO HIRE(C2H) ROLE

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) in enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in designing, configuring, implementing, and upgrading MECM/SCCM environments

• Deep understanding of MECM architecture, components, roles, and dependencies

• Experience in large-scale patch management and vulnerability remediation strategies

• Hands-on experience in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and provisioning processes

• Experience in application packaging, testing, and enterprise deployment strategies

• Knowledge of BranchCache (Distributed & Hosted Cache) and WAN optimization techniques

• Ability to troubleshoot MECM issues, patch deployment failures, and replication challenges.

• Experience integrating MECM with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network environments

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation, APIs, and tool integrations

• Basic knowledge of SQL and SSRS reporting for MECM

• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Essential Skills: Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain MECM (SCCM) infrastructure across enterprise environments

• Manage and optimize patch management processes, ensuring high compliance and system security

• Execute and support OS deployment (OSD) and image lifecycle management

• Package, test, and deploy applications and software updates across the organization

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, patch deployment failures, and configuration problems

• Configure and support BranchCache and replication strategies to optimize distribution

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for solution delivery

• Extend MECM infrastructure to new domains and environments (e.g., mergers & acquisitions scenarios)

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and reporting dashboards

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational standards

• Support incident, problem, and change management activities aligned with ITIL
