Description
We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on our construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, ensuring that all scaffolding work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to scaffolding operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements for various projects.
- Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment used on site.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Certification in scaffolding safety and supervision preferred.
