Automation Engineer Pharma Machinery

Experience: 13 years in automation engineering (preferably in pharma machinery).
Role Summary:
The Automation Engineer will provide online and on field support for SCADA systems used in compression, coating, and tool polishing machines. The role requires strong expertise in PLC programming, SCADA platforms, and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
SCADA Support
- Provide remote/online support for SCADA systems on pharma machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues promptly.
PLC Programming
- Develop and modify programs using Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
- Ensure smooth integration and functionality of automation systems.
Database & Compliance
- Work with SQL databases for reporting and data management.
- Generate reports compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
SCADA Platforms
- Configure and maintain SCADA systems using:
- InduSoft
- AVEVA
- EcoStruxure Machine Expert
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical documentation and compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 13 years in automation engineering (preferably in pharma machinery).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder & Structured Text).
- Proficiency in SQL, database reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Hands-on experience with InduSoft, AVEVA, EcoStruxure SCADA platforms.
- Understanding of 21 CFR compliance for pharma industry.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
