Qualification- B.Tech - Electrical/ Instrumentation
Experience- Minimum 02 years experience in PMC / TPI Supervision consultancy / O&M consultancy of water supply scheme projects. Proficiency in SCADA / IoT monitoring platforms.
Responsibilities
- PLC/SCADA Programming & Configuration: Develop, debug, and configure PLC programs (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider) and SCADA HMI screens (Wonderware/WinCC/Ignition) for water processes.
- System Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Perform on-site commissioning, IO loop testing, and troubleshooting of PLC panels, field instruments (sensors, VFDs), and networking components.
- Water Process Automation: Automate water treatment and distribution processes including raw water intake, filtration, chemical dosing, and pump station control.
- Networking & Integration: Configure and maintain industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet) to link RTUs, PLCs, and SCADA servers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS), I/O lists, operator manuals, and generate daily/weekly water production reports.
- Data Management: Utilize SQL databases to manage historical data, trends, and alarm logs.
- Site Coordination: Work in coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation engineers to ensure quality standards and safety at project sites.
