High-impact role spanning design, execution, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Lead design and execution of SCADA, EMS, PPC, and telemetry systems for renewable projects.
Define and validate communication and control system architectures across technologies.
Ensure seamless integration with grid and load dispatch centre systems.
Prepare and validate BOQs, communication cable schedules, and network topologies.
Work extensively on fibre optic communication systems and redundancy design.
Ensure compliance with grid, telemetry, and cybersecurity regulations.
Coordinate with OEMs, EPC teams, and utilities during commissioning and execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA and communication issues during execution and O&M phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SCADA Design Engineer should have:

7-10 years of experience in SCADA, PPC, EMS, and communication systems within renewable energy projects.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
Strong hands-on experience in SCADA design, commissioning, PPC integration, and telemetry systems.
Proficiency in communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3, and OPC.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity principles, and grid connectivity requirements.
Experience working with major SCADA/PPC platforms and multi-technology projects (solar, wind, BESS).
