Role Description The SCADA Design role at CGT Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves designing, developing, and documenting SCADA system architectures, including graphics, control screens, and data visualization layouts. The individual will collaborate with engineering and IT teams to translate system requirements into detailed SCADA designs, ensuring reliability, usability, and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating CAD drawings, performing design-related research, optimizing graphical interfaces for operational workflows, and supporting implementation and testing of SCADA solutions in live environments. The role also requires active participation in project reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives for SCADA design methodologies.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing intuitive SCADA screens and visual interfaces.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and maintaining technical drawings and system layouts.
• Understanding of Architecture concepts related to industrial control systems and SCADA infrastructure.
• Ability to conduct focused Research to inform design decisions, technology selection, and interface improvements.
• Relevant experience in SCADA system design, industrial automation, or control systems engineering.
• Familiarity with common SCADA platforms, PLCs, and communication protocols is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical teams on-site in Bengaluru South.
