- End-to-end material planning and documentation
- Effective communication of Alstom delivery requirements to suppliers
- Coordination with internal and external networks to meet SLAs
- Acting as a site representative when interacting with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate system information for site material planner reference
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

- Degree in B.E/B.Tech in any subject
- Experience or understanding of supply chain processes and tools
- Knowledge of ERP tools, particularly with Materials Management Modules
- Familiarity with Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- A certification in supply chain management would be advantageous
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel & BI tools
