SBU Head - Finance Control & Legal

Responsibilities

• Drive annual/phase budgets, rolling forecasts and cashflow plans track variances and corrective actions.
• Run cost-to-complete and contingency governance with PMO/Projects flag overruns early.
• Ensure DOA-based payment controls, certifications and documentation for audit-ready processing.
• Maintain SAP/WBS/CTC discipline, cost coding integrity and financial MIS for governance forums.
• Review legal terms for key contracts and changes support notices, claims and dispute prevention strategy.
• Oversee statutory financial compliance and coordinate audits close observations with evidence trails.
• Support sales/CRM on financial compliance for demand letters, collections and registrations as required.
• Maintain risk register for financial/legal exposures and drive mitigation actions with owners.
  
  

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; qualification to match role seniority.

Desirable/Preferable CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems.

Qualitative aspects Should combine strong control orientation with commercial understanding. Exposure to multi-project, capex-intensive businesses is preferred.
