Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Representative for SBI Life Insurance. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining insurance products to potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell insurance products.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of various SBI Life Insurance policies.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales and answer any queries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient attitude.
