Oversee and manage a team of business development specialists, setting measurable goals and objectives to ensure team success Develop and implement effective business development strategies to capture target markets and drive revenue growth Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize target customer segments Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for business development Optimize lead generation campaigns, utilizing a data-driven approach to maximize results Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall team performance
Principal Accountabilities
Lead and manage a team of business development specialists providing guidance training and conducting performance evaluations to ensure team effectivenessbr Research and analyze market trends competitor strategies and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth ensuring the company remains competitivebr Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and promotions that effectively generate leads and drive sales aligning with overall business objectivesbr Utilize various marketing channels including email social media events and content marketing to reach and engage potential customers maximizing outreach and impactbr Monitor and track campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results and ensure the achievement of sales targetsbr Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty fostering longterm partnershipsbr Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance market trends and business development activities to senior management providing insights for strategic decisionmaking
