The Graduate Engineer Trainee will play a pivotal role in supporting the Research & Development and Design department. This position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. Principal Accountabilities
Assist in the development and design of innovative RD projects ensuring alignment with company objectivesbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data supporting informed decisionmaking processesbr Maintain accurate and comprehensive MIS Reporting systems to track project progress and outcomesbr Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions enhancing stakeholder satisfactionbr Apply business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficienciesbr Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledgebr Support the breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment ensuring minimal downtimebr Contribute to the development of machine learning models applying theoretical knowledge to practical applications
