Job Description
Experience: 4 – 6 Years.
Primary Skill Tool: 3Dexperence/ Catia V5
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Key Responsibilities: Design and Development:
- Decent exposure to conceptual product design.
- Broad knowledge of mechanical systems and mechanisms.
- Advanced user of 3Dexperence/Catia Parametric for 3D Mechanical design.
- Proficient in creation of fully tolerance manufacturing drawings according to ISO standards.
- Good Knowledge on engineering materials.
- Design production tools, jigs, and fixtures for aerospace and defense manufacturing.
- Create shop aid tools for both production and maintenance activities.
- Validate tool designs for fit, function, and manufacturability, ensuring compliance with
- ASME Y14.5-2018 standards.
- Perform tolerance analysis, interface assembly checks, and stress feedback incorporation.
- Manage the design process from conceptual design to detailed parts and final release of manufacturing drawings.
- Select appropriate COTS items and determine the make-or-buy parts strategy for tools.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed drawings, technical specifications, and comprehensive documentation for assembly.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Access) for reporting and maintaining documentation.

- Defence domain is an advantage
