Vice PresidentOperationswill be responsible for overseeingoperationsmanagement, P&L management, customer service, strategic planning, andAndhraPradeshproject management on a day-to-day basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying & creating new business opportunities in areas ofoperations
- Responsible for overalloperations, revenue generation and profitability of dialysis units
- Responsible for preparation & adherence of targets and budgets
- To identify the underperforming centres and develop strategies for turnaround
- Effectively manage and review P&L of all the centres/cluster to optimize centre profitability
- Managing relationship with top clinical-nephrologists, acting as liaison between clinical and internal teams of doctors to deliver best clinical outcome
- Ensuring standardisation ofoperationsacross centres and implementation of SOPs
- To ensure that all centres adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures
- Facilitate coordination and communication of support services such as IT, HR & Finance
- Deliver best patient care experience and foster enabling environment for staff
- Monitor, review, evaluate and ensure all KPIS of the centres are met on a regular basis.
Specification:
- PG with experience in Healthcare Or other relevant service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skills
- P&L understanding plus market knowledge
- Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ nephrologists/govt officials
- Understanding of legal language to prepare & sign contracts
- Analytical and Self driven
- Willing & keen to travel 70%
