Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled SASE & Network Security Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern network security solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust architecture, and cloud-based security frameworks.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in network security, hands-on experience with leading SASE platforms, and the ability to work closely with clients to build secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
SASE Architecture & Deployment
- Design, deploy, and manage Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Implement Zero Trust security models across distributed networks.
- Configure and optimize leading SASE platforms such as Zscaler, Cloudflare, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
- Integrate SASE solutions with existing network infrastructure and cloud environments.
Network Security Management
- Manage enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, VPNs, and network segmentation.
- Monitor network traffic and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access.
- Deploy and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Ensure high availability and performance of all network security infrastructure.
Incident Response & Threat Management
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
- Respond to security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate on incident management and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain security logs, reports, and threat intelligence documentation.
Compliance & Governance
- Support compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and other frameworks.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready reports.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen client security posture.
Client Collaboration
- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand security requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations and implementation support.
- Translate technical security concepts into business-friendly communication.
- Participate in client review meetings and solution presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in SASE solutions and Zero Trust architecture.
- Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, DLP, and network segmentation.
- Experience in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience Required
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering.
- Prior experience in SASE implementation or managed security services.
- Experience handling enterprise-level network security deployments.
- Exposure to client-facing technical consulting roles is preferred.
