Role Description
We are currently seeking a
FileNet Developer Senior L3 Engineer with in-depth knowledge of the IBM FileNet Developer and responsible for providing expert guidance on document management capabilities such as, archival, retrieval, search, transformation supporting for our critical ECM applications. This role requires the candidate to be able to involve in product roadmap, application infrastructure handling and provide operational support and initial response and triaging of all issues for applications. This Role includes recommending and implementing improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes, contributing to department goals, and attaining organizational objectives through high customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled IBM Enterprise Records and FileNet Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining FileNet and Enterprise Records solutions for enterprise content management.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Enterprise Records solutions.
- Implement content and records management solutions, including document classification, retention policies, and record declaration.
- Develop custom workflows and integrate FileNet solutions with other business systems.
- Configure and maintain FileNet Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and ensure system stability and performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Assist in upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Bitbucket, JIRA.
- Overall responsibility of platform engineering of 3rd party product IBM FileNet. Platform Engineering includes build, install, configuration, infrastructure sizing, topology design, performance tuning, managing scalability and high availability, problem management, incident management, upgrades, migrations etc.
- Responsible for integration of platform with the other enterprise systems of the bank for authentication, authorization, production monitoring, SRE etc. and creation of self-service options for provisioning, configuration and maintenance etc.
- Build, deploy and maintain interfaces for integration of the platform with other business systems with in the bank
- Responsible for security and ensuring the compliance of the platform IT policies
Your Skills And Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 platform (Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace XT/ICN) and administering IBM FileNet P8 including IBM Content Navigator and IBM Enterprise Records.
- Proficiency in IBM Enterprise Records configuration and deployment.
- Experience in developing and customizing workflows using FileNet Process Designer and Process Administrator.
- Solid understanding of Records Management principles and compliance standards.
- Experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services, and scripting languages related to FileNet APIs.
- Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server and DB2/Oracle databases.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
- Prior experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Genoes is added advantage
- Prior experience in Cloud environment is added advantage
- Strong experience and commitment to deliver in agile process highlighting change while accelerating delivery.
- Familiarity and development experience of building and managing RESTful web services, understanding of data formats like JSON, XML,
- Development of service oriented, globally distributed systems with versioned API's
- Familiarity with administering WebSphere Application Server version 8/8.5 and experience in trouble shooting and monitoring J2EE, JVM on WAS.
