Minimum 5 Years of IT Experience in SAS Administration 6 Years of IT Experience

Handson experience with SAS platform administration SAS 94 SAS Viya

Strong understanding of SAS architecture metadata server compute server midtier

Proficiency in LinuxUnix environments and shell scripting

Familiarity with SAS Management Console Environment Manager and Grid Manager

Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting

Need to work in 247 L2 Support model

Should have meticulous and detailed problemsolving skills

Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills

Should have experience working in ITIL Process ServiceNow ControlM or equivalent

Experience in Leading a team of 5 Team Members

Strong knowledge on ITIL Process Metrics

Experience working in Banking Domain

Experience in working with customer directly

Role L2 Data Tools Support Engnieer

Responsibilites

Install configure and maintain SAS software SAS 9x or Viya across environments

Manage SAS servers metadata repositories and user access controls

Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize resource usage

Perform upgrades patches and migrations of SAS components

Collaborate with data analysts statisticians and IT teams to support analytics workflows

Implement backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies

Maintain documentation for configurations operational procedures and best practices

Ensure compliance with data governance security and audit requirements
