This role will own key product areas end-to-endfrom discovery to executiondriving measurable impact across customer and internal-facing digital products.
Requirements
- 3- 5 years of product management experience across digital platforms; fintech or rural-tech exposure is preferred.
- Experience owning modules end-to-end (e.g. onboarding, credit journeys, user engagement).
- Skilled in writing PRDs, user stories, driving sprint plans, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with SQL, Wire framing, and tools like JIRA, Miro, Balsamiq, Figma and GA.
- Familiarity with API integrations and basic understanding of app/web development processes. (Eg. REST Method)
- Strong in stakeholder management, with a clear, data-driven communication style.
- A self-starter mindset thrives in ambiguous, high-growth settings.
- Understanding of rural market dynamics and customer behaviors.
