SAP WMSAP EWM WM LE WM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional lead for SAP warehouse management solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP LE-WM, SAP EWM, Inventory Management processes, Warehouse task execution, Putaway and picking strategies, Internal warehouse movements, and Physical inventory processes.
• Design and support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Lead integration requirements with Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs).
• Lead integration design between SAP warehouse platforms and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Design and support integrations using SAP Standard IDocs, qRFC Framework, CIF Integration, ALE, EDI Messages, and APIs where applicable.
• Troubleshoot complex interface failures and warehouse communication issues.
• Lead business workshops and process design sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with development teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide warehouse process leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP LE-WM.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
• Proven experience integrating SAP warehouse solutions with 3PL providers.
• Experience integrating warehouse automation solutions and WCS platforms.
• Strong experience with SAP standard IDoc-based integrations.
• Ability to independently lead complex warehouse initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Experience with embedded EWM in S/4HANA.
• Experience in highly automated warehouse environments.
• Experience with RF technologies, barcode scanning, and mobile warehouse solutions.
• SAP EWM certification preferred.
