Detailed JD :
- System Configuration: Customize SAP WM/EWM modules to align with business processes for inbounds, outbounds, and internal inventory movements.
- Process Optimization: Design solutions for warehouse structure, bin management, and inventory replenishment.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide technical support (including RF devices).
- Project Lifecycle: Participate in blue-printing, configuration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage WM integration with MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution). Designs, configures, and supports SAP solutions for warehousing operations, including inventory placement, picking, packing, and RF scanning.
- Configure and customize SAP MM and WM modules to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP MM and WM configurations meet functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP MM and WM-related issues.
- Collaborate with other SAP team members to ensure seamless integration across modules.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management processes using SAP MM and WM functionalities.
- Document configuration changes and provide training to end-users.
