About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM/EWM Architect to join our ERP delivery team. This role is pivotal in shaping the warehouse management landscape across our global operations. You will serve as the go-to expert for our legacy ERP platforms while driving innovative warehouse designs and preparing the business for the next generation of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design Authority:

  • Own and evolve the architecture for Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in legacy systems and our cloud systems.
  • Assess business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Review, validate, and sign off on technical and functional designs prepared by team members.

Leadership & Guidance:

  • Mentor consultants and guide cross-functional teams on solutioning best practices.
  • Act as the point of escalation for design decisions and solution challenges.

Digital Transformation Enablement:

  • Lead and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops for new warehouse rollouts.
  • Drive deployments, integrations, and solution harmonization across multiple business units.
  • Contribute thought leadership on best practices in warehouse automation, optimization, and cloud adoption.

Cloud & On-Prem Expertise:

  • Bring hands-on experience with SAP EWM in public/private cloud environments.
  • Strong on-premise EWM/WM expertise is equally valued for guiding hybrid landscapes and migrations.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 -10+ years of experience in SAP WM/EWM, with at least 3+ years in an architectural or solution design role.
  • Strong background in warehouse design, blueprinting, and deployment leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, efficient, and business-centric.
  • Experience in guiding large, diverse teams and influencing stakeholders across global regions.
  • Exposure to fit-to-standard approaches, digitalization initiatives, and integration with advanced warehouse automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
